He was also not capable of managing a clinical study involving Oat beta glucan so how will he do to manage cliniclals studies in NMOSD AND PD.

We know he can't run AEZS, are you forgetting he was the CEO for AEZS for 10 years plus where during his leadership the share price dropped 90% or so. Once again he would be running the company in the comfort of his home in Sherbrooke on a part time basis.
