RE:MELLON TRUSTI know the Mellon Trust filing. Intention to sell to be executed by the trustee indeependent of 3P to my understading.
Can you explain why it is selling?
As for the loan, I see it as a low risk because patents have some value and it sounds like everyone agrees that they would have the right to a lot of stuff in case of default. It is a short term loan, yes it is at a low interest rate but also came in with some 600k warrants exercisable at around 41 cents. On paper those are worth around $180k today, just short of 10% of the loan after less than a month.
Correct any facts if I didn't get them right.
But again, why is Mellon selling PYR shares? Liquidating shares for cash and then issuing a loan to the same company. I do get that PYR needs cash.
Thanks in advance for your take on "why" Mellon is selling. I do acknowledge that they don't have to say why but only have to file what transactions took place. But why is important if one wants to allege that it is not because of perceived future prospects. And, yes, Mellon has sold at lower levels, but also at higher levels.
