If I worked somewhere cutting edge and believed in the path of the company I would own shares.

You must realize they are hyper aware of the SP and financing because that's your paycheck. Ever work somewhere that was a poorly run company? You have one foot out the door. With just over 100 employee's even the janitor knows what's going on.
