For some strange reason I feel a little more confident in Mrs Tanner than the ramblings on a stock forum..
Senior Management Team Carolyn “Lina” Tanner General Counsel
Lina has over 25 years of legal experience, with a focus on the energy and natural resource sectors representing both public and private entities including serving as Senior Deputy Attorney General for the Nevada Division of Environmental Protection, and Division of Water Resources. In private practice, she served as advisor to large mining companies, municipalities, and county governments on natural resource and energy policies. Lina has spent her career working with diverse groups to achieve the consensus and cooperation necessary to meet common goals.
Slide # 3 of NCU Corp Presentation Fully permitted and all water rights secured for LOM (Life of Mine) https://nevadacopper.com/investors/presentations/
The presentation is dated
Oct of 2023. If you want to apply your 4 to 10 year assumption then that extends it out to 2033.
You may also want to do some digging to see if the permits can be extended for (yes)
Life of Mine for industrial purposes. If you are assuming water access right for a home owner / cattle rancher or something is exactly the same as an industrial mining operation then you may be mistaken.
