For Gorilladome47Gorilladome47,
I certainly thank you for your informed input here.
You and I have obviously touched upon some of the very same points with respect to the performance of "The Missionaries On Assignment", a.k.a. Gregory Bowes, Hugues, Jacquemin, Guillaume Jacq, Kristy Liddicoat, Pav Jordan, et al.
Have you seriously considered the possibility being that the company representatives may have, earlier this month, actually "firmed up" and could have contingently consummated that joint venture graphite "BAM" commercialization deal with Graphex Technologies LLC; as had been clearly suggested by the editor of OliPrice.com within that January 9, 2023 article he wrote featuring Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and it's private U.S. based subsidiary company, a company which is also to be 100% spun out of the China based Graphex Group Holdings Ltd and concurrently 100% purchased by a NASDAQ-listed "blank check company" or SPAC?
In such a "specific event" having taken place, it would be clear that Northern Graphite Corporation would now have a bonafide intellectual properties and long validated and therefore proven technological "BAM" process manufacturing technologies possessing joint venturing graphite "BAM" commercialization partner in Graphex Technologies LLC; and yet,we should naturally explore further and also ask why would NGC representatives have been expressly prevented from even hinting at any contingent final consummation of the joint venture"BAM" commercialization deal with Graphex Technologies LLC, i.e. should one actually exist of course?
You'll note that by way of my earier comments here, I did explain a entirely plausible scenario whereby NGC representatives are expressly forbidden, due to the stipulated terms of the contingent finally consummated deal in question, to utter a single word regarding the company's comprehensive plans with Graphex Technologies LLC until after the NASDAQ listed SPAC transaction is completed
Here's a thought?
Perhaps the founding owners and those majority stakeholders having listed and fully funded that NASDAQ SPAC vehicle, i.e. the party or parties "fronting" the proposed 100% purchase transaction and would be outright collectively controlling purchasers of Graphex Technologies LLC, would perhaps also want a very cheap and immensely larger equity stakehold of a perhaps later combined Northern Graphite Corporation?
I can perhaps see something like that happening; and yet, I am the one who is apprently blinded to the reality of Northern Graphite Corporation's potential, eh?
By the way, regarding Graphex Technologies LLC, you should know that said company is "also in advanced and late-stage testing with the auto industry, battery manufacturers, and OEMs (original equipment manufacturers). And it already has JVs and offtake deals with non-Chinese entities that meet the strict compliance requirements set down by the Biden administration’s Inflation Reduction Act (IRA)."
