RE:RE:Lotus and Sedar Filings 1. Go to Sedar. Get the name & action - voluntarily filed.
2. Go to Office of Superintendent of Bankruptcy. Not CCAA but bankruptcy
3. Search the lists. There are fees , not much but often a fee to search.
Every notice to file is a matter of the public record. The other search way is more difficult but it's to find court this was filed in, has to be federal court ( BIA is federal law).
4. MNP , the trustee will have a notice posted on its bankruptcy section at some point very soon.
You can't hide this. Noticed stock hit 1/2 cent today. Still overvalued-:).
