10% dilution being experienced by the NOU enterprise stakeholders could, for now, be digested more easily.
What's more, Black Swan Graphene does not yet own all the intellectual properties which would have been of great interest to NOU stakeholders in supporting their integrating business segments enterprise going forward. Thomas Swan & Co own all the important and necessarily de-risking graphene manufacturing proprietary trade secrets/intellectual property.
I expect NOU's share price is far too low to handle the purchase of Black Swan Graphene, as being made to specifically include said intellectual properties and Thomas Swan & Co knowhow, expertise and experience as part in parcel of such a resulting sale of nearer to controlling equity interest in SWAN.V.
