I'm stunned that this stock is allowed to trade in the U.S. but we are under a CTO for all issues here in Canada. Again I will ask if anyone on the board has an explanation for this and more importantly how can this possibly be fair to the canadian shareholders, while we sit in limbo wondering WTF?

Is our securities commisions that screwded up, or is it the U.S. ???
