By fast reading your post, some how I thought you were referring the 10% to be 10% above the trading price at the offering time.. Because you ?ed, I stand corrected. Let me see if I got your though right and you than agree with me. Using your idea for numbers that I came up with:
8,000,000 x 2,000 x 10% / 155,000,000 = $10.32 per share?
