Bass ackwards

I recall Crossley pumping the co. at several events in early 2018 AFTER raising $7.5M in December 2017 and when the focus should have been on operations. There must be an unwritten requirement from the institutions that particpate in these financings that mgmt pump the hell out of the co. after closing.
