Better/best investment potential… GXU vs AEC ?

Better/best investment potential… GXU vs AEC ?Serious question. I know some of you here are very bullish on AEC, but would GXU be a better investment, or no? AEC mill hasn't been running since 1982. What makes ya'll so certain it will restart soon? Possible government funding? Any threat of more dilution, or possible reserve split? Thoughts please. Thank you.
