TIm mentionned that Osmose was waiting for the funds that would be then be transferred to BONE shortly after. Doesn't sound like someone who has any plan to renegotiate.

He also mentioned that, at this point, financing was the biggest project risk.

I would Infer from these 2 statements that the terms of the ammended deal are going to stand.
But who knows for sure.... Come on Tim pull a rabbit out........
