Curious to know the argument to own AX.UN over AP.UN

Can someone explain why I should hold AX.UN over AP.UN?
Simliar yeilds. One loved and one unloved.
One with much lower debt to GBV.
One witha much lower payout ratio.
One with a much larger float to trade.
