1.52M shares traded at 4 p.m. (not factoring in whatever might be on the delayed time of Stockwatch)

For a Company that trades at an average around 2000 a day it does not get halted and no explnation required of management???

Of course the standard answer on that question is normally "I have no idea".

And the large volume is mostly with a negative price -- down 1 cent at 2 cents (-33%)

I see 403,000 on the Ask. Is this just some big shareholder bailing out finally or is there something else going on? (finally). It would feel much nicer if it even showed a little bit positive.
