Name change and full funding. Good Evening all,
It was a very nice Tuesday, Very sunny, so a nice break from the rain, which is back today with real rain. As in big raindrops instead of that small drop rain we get most of the time this time of year. Oh back to Ucore. I put in just Ucore into Google and got Univ. of Wash. core requirements. Ucore is used by every Univ. in the country. So I agree with Rapid that Ucore rare metals needs to change there name. But the question would be to what? Anybody got any ideas? Maybe something that start with A or B. How about Bokan rare metals?
Dear Pip,
Yes, I said that Ucore only had to do one thing to get full funding and that was to separate heavy REEs to the mill spec that DOD needs. The question we should be asking Mark at Ucore is how many mill specs. How many hoops does Ucore have to jump through? Rapid came up with the video from Dec 20th. That shows Ucore is right now separating the heavies and If I remember right the DOD program end in late May or early June. Ucore has to go through the whole two ton sample of heavy REES. Will DOD jump in with funding before June? The next set of funding that is set to trigger is the ten million in the second half of the DOD award from last summer. After that Ucore can apply for more funding under many different programs. So It will be not one big check for full funding. But bit and pieces as Ucore needs it to finish. This would be my guess, unless congress gets in the middle of it.
The questions that we should concertrate on is does Ucore have enough day to day funding to get to June? If DOD step in with funding or a OEM steps up. How will that effect the stock price. Up a few bucks and hold or go nuts on hype and spike. If it spikes, how high and will it hold or spike and drop?
I am going to start reading a new book in the JD Robb In Death series. Nice and warm in front of the fireplace. Wife is fixing her special salmon for dinner.
You all keep warm.
