RE:2023

RE:2023If you think about it, jawboning is actually the Fed's most effective tool. Just words from a few board members can crash certain asset prices, although it's always clear exactly where they're going because their only real tools are inflate, inflate, inflate, and inflate some more. They can't keep rates at these levels although they're relatively low from a longer term perspective because the debt load is gigantic. They must cut rates, it's clear to everyone with a brain, because raising rates is adding massive amounts of interest payments.

Now we're seeing an increasing number of nations reject the dollar for trade settlement, the writing is on the wall that the petrodollar is dead. Gold has always been the backbone of successful or sustainable currency systems, so I'll continue to buy great bargains on mining stocks like this one as well as adding physical bullion to the stack.
