Like, do the math on what happenes to share count over the next 3 years:

2.5M *1.405 * 11111/1000 is 39M shares just to pay back the principal and interest.

If they get above 0.105 then its around 70M more shares.

And if they DONT get above 0.105 they will be bankrupt 100%.

As i said last night, best of luck if you stay in. I would rather re enter at 0.12 after huge sales growth than watch this go to 0.
