RE:RE:RE:RE:Lvl 2Cannacord was either hired out to disperse or actually held a 6mil share count short postion around 18 months ago - I don't pretend to know their thesis to create the position, other than to make money, which they did not accomplish.
Now that position is closed the window is open for another attempt and the setup is way better. Failed drilling program and failed guidance. Uncertainty and apahty lead to a "buyers vacuum". Who knows what will happen, but it happened before and it could easily happen again.
