Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. The Company develops and commercializes a treatment for septic shock utilizing its Endotoxin Activity Assay (EAA) diagnostic and the Toraymyxin therapeutic (PMX). PMX is a therapeutic hemoperfusion device that removes endotoxin, which can cause sepsis, from the bloodstream and is guided by the Company’s EAA. These materials are sold for use in research and development, as well as in products manufactured by other diagnostic companies.

Nope.
Why would the SP be at a miserable 50 cents if that were true, AH?
Why would MM and his aliases pretend the "milestone" of 90 patients is anything at all if that were true, AH?
And most of all, why would any of your gang of impossibly lame pumpers feel the need to promote this miserable stock day in and day out, instead of just shutting up and mortgaging the heck out of your house to buy all what you can of this stock, AH?

Of course, these questions answer themselves, and if facts were truly what you say you're after here, you would recognize that 100% likelihood of success is not a fact.
