"Missionaries On Assignment"

"Missionaries On Assignment"Keep counting the days until Hugues Jacquemin simply can no longer say we are the only North American graphite miner, which would be sooner than you think.

Lac des Illes was slated to close sometime during this year.
This is a material fact which was confirmed
for the first time for shareholders by Christy Liddicoat, NGC COO. She did so while speaking on behalf of "the company" during an interview.

The record would show that during all his promoting of the company purchasing Lac des Illles and the accompanying assets, not once did Mr. Hugues Jacquemin ever emphasize for NGC equities investors nor for prospective NGC equities investors said fact in particular.
Messrs Bowes, Jaquemin et al did not do so until after I called Messrs Bowes, Jacquemin et al out here
(I am sure a certain company shill here told Gregory Bowes and/or Hugues Jacquemin about what I had stated regaring the matter) regarding such a specifically not disclosed or appropriately duly emphasized material fact having slipped out of Mrs. Liddicoats very capable and beautiful mind and her pretty mouth during that particular interview.
Greggory Bowes, Hughes Jacuemin et al knew such a material fact all too well; and yet, the accused did not once emphasize said fact for then existing NGC.V investors nor for prospective NGC.V equity investors; especially whilst Greggory Bowes, Hugues Jacquemin et al had been promoting the use and leveraging of roughly $55 Million worth of NGC.V equities owners assets in going about purchasing a graphite mine (LDI) which was previously known by officers and directors as being just about at the end of it's useful life and also a Namibian graphite processing plant facility which was unsuitable for processing much of anything; let alone enough economically sustainable volumes of mined graphite feedstock in a commercially viable way.
What's more, such disingenuously undertaken prior actions and/or lack thereof certainly did not stop Messrs Bowes, Jacquemin et al from telling then existing and any would be NGC.V equities investors, during yet another interview partaken of by Mr. Jacquemin during late 2022, that the Okorusu graphite processing plant was going to come on-line during the first Quarter of 2023, intentionally contradicting what the company stated, during 2022, regarding the company electing to have the Okorusu processing facility moved to the Okanjande graphite mine site. Hugues Jacquemin quite intentionally sought to dupe both existing
NGC.V equities investors and any listening prospective NGC.V equities investors with such inaccurate, outright contradictory and frankly false statements.

I can go on and on here citing each and every disgusting and clearly intended to be then existing NGC.V equities investors and also prospective NGC.V equities investors deceiving actions on the part of Messrs Bowes, Jacquemin et al, "the company".

Suffice to say these "Missionaries On Assignment" will keep doing what they were dispatched on behalf of their lieges to do; and later, if need be, I would do what I could be prepared to pursue.

Hmm? Should it be required, I wonder whether that famous Canadian based class action lawyer, a seasoned professional who possesses vast experience and has attained great success in his legal endeavors previously taken against certain elements mining corporations on behalf of his clients, would be willing to take this particular class action lawsuit on?
