"Slow Motion" breakout?

"Slow Motion" breakout?I don't see it.  I saw every REIT flop at resistance levels for the 4th or 5th time today, and head lower, ALL WHILE the equity markets have made another LEG UP.   If it was a slot motion breakout we would have grinded a bit higher with the markets.  As per usual, the central bank shpiel, stronger than expected data, and inflation, continue to loop the same narrative over and over again.

Of course it depends on what the 10 year yields do, they have moved up about 30-40bp since December, any higher and it will be LIGHTS OUT for reits!
