I haven't seen the video yet, but I'd like to point out a flaw in that logic.  If Mt Keith has been in operation for over 30 years, then it is now a turn key cash cow. All the Capex and startup costs have long been recovered, the financing bills have been paid decades ago so the income stream now is pure profit. 

CNC on the other hand needs $1.8 Billion in cap ex before the engineers fire the blasting cap on the first pit blast.
