RE:Sirona Lab financingNovel idea. Have SL do a reverse merger with a US SPAC that is flush with cash and looking for an investment. This would allow SL to go public while raising a bunch of cash to fund business plan. Sirona would hold a majority of the newco shares and the SPAC holders the rest.
