The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. RE:"Slow Motion" breakout?I saw a January reassessment of rates and the us ten year yield rise. This caused a small correction in the lower yield reit names. Prv, melcor and sgr didn't drop.  Rates peaked yesterday in anticipation of today's data and are now heading down again.  The next move is take profits from tech and plow into reits.
