The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. Prv is an obvious buy and my largest holding as well. But another aspect is that its a simple story. Every quarter the debts decrease and the rents increase and the assets are focused. AX is a complicated story with a murky trajectory. Why would a money manager buy it for a client's income portfolio if the company may not eve exist in 6 months? Its my smallest holding. Waiting for the sib and getting 9% to see what happens.
