Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:RE:RE:"Slow Motion" breakout?Prv is an obvious buy and my largest holding as well.  But another aspect is that its a simple story.  Every quarter the debts decrease and the rents increase and the assets are focused. AX is a complicated story with a murky trajectory.  Why would a money manager buy it for a client's income portfolio if the company may not eve exist in 6 months?  Its my smallest holding.  Waiting for the sib and getting 9% to see what happens.
