Confessions of a Paid Basher also Here are some facts:
"Kenneth Eade An Attorney) sued iHub and 10 John Doe posters in February of this year for allegedly defamatory posts made on the iHub website. iHub raised several meritorious defenses, including that the comments made by the John Doe posters were protected speech under the First Amendment and that immunity was provided by the Communications Decency Act.
In his 12-page ruling, The Honorable John A. Kronstadt granted iHub’s motion to strike Eade’s complaint in its entirety and without leave for him to amend. The court’s ruling effectively dismissed the action against the John Doe posters as well."
And the best part is that Eade ended up with problems with the SEC.
"The SEC today sued numerous individuals involved in Gold Standard Mining Corp (litigation release here). The parties are named below (emphasis mine):
On June 29, 2012, the Securities and Exchange Commission filed a civil action in the United States District Court for the Central District of California against Gold Standard Mining Corp. (“Gold Standard”), its Chief Executive Officer/Chief Financial Officer Panteleimon Zachos, attorney Kenneth G. Eade, auditor E. Randall Gruber and his firm Gruber & Company LLC."
The SEC has never filed a complaint against what you call a paid basher - but many paid pumpers have been in the crosshairs of the SEC and DOJ - I know of at least 3 that did time in Federal prison - 2 got 3 years for pumping stocks. And I helped in getting a CEO 12 years in Federal Prison.
It is the pumpers that are having problems with the SEC. The pumpers on fka BIOAQ - the SEC just considers them to be uniformed knuckleheads.
