Pretty good stuff really. Someone understanding their market and managing the process to exploit the vision.

RHT needs to suck someone over from this organization. Which isn't going to happen but basically that would be a positive first step.

Or one would think with the experience in years not really in operations that internally someone at RHT could incorporate a similar process.
