Mitch - Unlike you I just post the facts and let people make their own investment decisions. The Company did pay $2.5 million to settle the class action of which Inthink $2 million came from insurance and $400k from ex employees. The point of my post is even the opposing counsel said in filings to the court that their case was weak and there was a high likley hood that they would not succeed at trial.
