Though I should add the payment was indirectly fron shareholders.
If she had to use her money she would probably have challenged it  in court.
While at it, give us a valid reason as to why you always defended the CO and exCEO.... even when it looks like Lisa lied repeatedly,  and the SP is getting close to oblivion, because it seems contrary to the present opinions of most concerned shareholders which doesn't seem to concern you as one.
