I wonder what price Cynthia wants for this thing?

Like, was there an offer of $4/share that USGC and the committee was put together to review and the decision was made to not accept the offer but the buyer was told "let's drill some more and maybe you can increase it cuz that's not enough"?

was it $6, $9?
was it $7 with shares or $5 all cash?

was there even an offer?

it's interesting to speculate.

No deal will be easy or simple to complete and there could be many months of negotiations.
