I was not aware, please provide the legal documentation to prove your claim about any current class action lawsuit brought against Reliq.

My point, by providing the link to the press release confirming that the case was closed back in July 2002,  was to show that nobody (none of the bashers/liars) are capable of answering Tropicalsun request about providing 'current class action lawsuit documentation'.
There is a lot of background noise from the past, but it is what it is...past history.

Let's wait for the financials and then a more accurate (nd hopefully constructive) discussion will be able to take place.
