RE:RE:Kolter Capital holds 9.6% of NWHThese things take time, a lot of it in the current interest rate and loan availability context.  When interest rates drop and lending conditions become more afforable and make economic sense, THEN we might see some execution on capital re-allocation and perhaps a go-private/takeover transaction.

I don't see why some here get upset by day to day fluctuations.  Perhaps they have taken on too much risk and have big anxieties?  This is not a day-trader stock for the ordinary investor.

I have seen the Company take the right steps and avoided fire-sales, after all there was (and remains) no need for this.
