RE:Board shakeup

RE:Board shakeupPlease read (re-read) my past comments.  There are pre-requisites for proceeding with a go-private or takeover or recapitalization transactions.  Capital has to be available and the cost of capital has to make economic sense.  NWH management has NO control over this, and there is NO rush and thus no need to sell assets at fire-sale prices.

When interet rates come down to an affordable level and when capital becomes available THEN we could see a capital transaction.

Why do you worry so much about day-to-day, week-to-week or month-month fluctuations in the share price?  Have you risked too much money in this stock?  If so, that was YOUR decision and management has no blame to take for this.

Do you understand / acknowledge what I have been saying for quite some time?
