2023 results and 2024 guidance

FRC Opinion

Mixed – 2023 revenue was down 53% YoY, amid lower product sales and fertilizer prices, missing our estimate by  11%. EPS declined YoY, from $0.34 to -$0.10, but closely aligned with our estimate of -$0.09. On a positive note, management’s 2024  guidance for product sales and revenue reflect a 65% YoY increase on average, exceeding our  estimates by 17%. Fertilizer prices have begun stabilizing, which we believe should encourage increased consumption among farmers. We are cautiously optimistic, and anticipate fertilizer demand to rebound in 2024.
