RE:RE:Great Agoracom post from HPQ Silicon's CEO

RE:RE:Great Agoracom post from HPQ Silicon's CEO Is that a letter to the regulators or to the investors given the last paragraph?

Does he have proof for the allegations linking those sell orders with paid posters?

Don't get me wrong, I do think our regulatory authorities are soft on manipulative practices by both traders and companies, but I have yet to see companies performing strong with strong balance sheets and profitable operations sitting near their very lows.

And as one can see here, a bunch of folk making money off of volatile plays like this.  They call themselves investors, but they are traders.  Bernard shouldn't like them either. I don't like that I am an investor sitting on losses because comapanies have not met expectations I believe they have set when I invested.

Things are much more complex, and what companies say and do is not decoupled from the stock price.

Sign and deliver solid contracts, Mr. T. and see what that does to the SP before firing off more letters to the regulators.  And let's see what happens to the big sell orders set at the first ask when a huge contract is signed.

Waiting.
