Just Thinking Out Loud looking at the Depth charts volume, i notice the same trading houses selling and buying but the volume does not change on the Depth chart.
The Institutions here are likly selling their 8 cent PP share for a profit and sitting with free warrant.Sell the news which creates volume to sell into. Last day in month clearing accounts.
