The agreement allows both HPQ Silica Polvere Inc., our wholly-owned subsidiary, and the Industrial Group to conduct mutual due diligence.

This process is essential to evaluate the feasibility and economic potential of constructing and operating a 1,000 tonnes per year Fumed Silica Reactor.
