The most recent news release looks good but the market reacted in different direction. Looking at the trading, there are decent lot size traded ranging from 10K to 90K as the price dipped. I ask myself are these buyers stupid? The other side of the coin is are these sellers stupid?
I would speculate people selling are very disciplinary because TEI has gain quite a bit. They want to take some money off the table.
