Whether yiou get 4.7% yield or a 3% yield does it matter. It is only 0.15 Cents versus 0.09 Cents.
When the shares go up to $4.00 thats a lot of years of dividend payments.
1. Never raise the dividend or at least until they have 400M Shares
2. Buy back as many shares as you can
3. Get the debt down to $800M
4. They have reserves like crazy -- no need to every acquire anything for decades
