As for Gilles being incompetent and not respected: a sign> next to nothing in his LinkedIn profile except for his tenure at CEAPRO, no mention of the great work he did or is currently doing at AEZS. Thus the only M&A he could possibly do would be going back home to AEZS.
As for Ronnie Miller not updating his profile to show his current status at CEAPRO, he finally updated it, maybe for the purpose of this merger, likely too embarassed to do so before?
