The fact is that those at the top get paid top dollars, that applies for anyone, even someone doing the same job as yourself can get paid better if they do a better job than you and others.

Why would this be news to anyone old enough to have a job ???




The market sets the price, even for salaries, if you think that's unfair then you need to move to a Socialist country.

If you want better pay either get a better job or do your current one better. If your current employer wouldn't pay more you can start looking for someone who will. 

I vote in favor of the CEO, he's doing well during a period where cannabis stocks are largely undervalued. If you think that's easy then apply for his job and be sure your resume outlines your experience operating large publically traded international companies
