- THAT was NOT a BUYBACK of NCIB shares

- that was SIMPLY a CANCELLATION of PREVIOUSLY BOUGHT SHARES in the MONTH of DECEMBER 2023

- IN FACT, they STILL HAVE YET TO CANCELL ANOTHER 543,600 shares
