Artis REIT's portfolio comprises properties located in Central and Western Canada and select markets throughout the United States, including regions such as Alberta, British Columbia, Manitoba, Ontario, Saskatchewan, Arizona, Minnesota, Colorado, New York, and Wisconsin. The properties are divided into three categories: office, retail, and industrial. The industrial properties account for most of the portfolio, followed by the office properties and the retail properties.

RE:SIB coming this month for Artis?

All signs do indeed point to a SIB in the works, so much so that this is now my base case.

I am keeping my fingers crossed that the unit price remains mired in the ~$6.50 range so the SIB can be executed at a dirt-cheap price (perhaps as low as $7.25 if we are really lucky).
