You can back into it by simply asking yourself why the buybacks of the preferred units stopped? Have we decided against paying down debt? The prefs, at current prices, yield above 10%... by far the safest use of proceeds on disposition recently announced. It's clear that more sales are in the pipeline... yet no buybacks. Could only mean something is cooking that is preventing them from buying back stock. Maybe a SIB, maybe something else... 

Complete speculation. Happy to hear why anyone disagrees with the above. Please poke holes.

sorry for answering on your behalf. If your theory differs from the above rationale, I would love to hear it. Nice change of pace from the silliness that takes place on this board these days.
