Same old 4 directors on the board. What happened to the board member from Care? Probably quit or was fired by Tripp. Thoughts?

covid happened and gave them the ability to buy another company in Care. They are slowly destroying all value from Care.

I give them 4-5 years of Tripp still getting paid while revenue goes down and down and down. Reverse split and continuing until bankrupt but down worry Tripp will get a nice severance package with the last of the money left
