RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:wondering whyThere are some regulatory guidelines and then companies (those with stronger governance) develop their own policies.  Please give an example of buying before an earnings release.  Theoretically every purchase is before some earnings release but if you are suggesting he bought days or a couple of weeks before an earnings release, I am calling BS.
