UCORE is a penny stock company with market cap of $48M, 80 cent shares with a 58 cent 52 week low. From their September 30th, 2023 report which is available on their site:

In other words: They do not appear to be producing or selling anything. They are "becoming" and "establishing" and "developing" and so on and so on...
HOWEVER: They have SOME HOW been able to get their hands on the Member of Parliament that represents their area to come to THEIR factory to make so kind of announcement on Monday on behalf of Minister Wilkinson - Minister of Mines and Resourses!!!!
YES! The same Minister Wilkinson that is in a picture with Hugues at some event back in September of 2023!! Go and look at the Twitter feed for Northern Graphite and you will see it there.
YET SOMEHOW this penny stock company has achieved something that baffles our THREE Investor Relations and Communications team.
What are they being paid for. Please hire whomever it was that accomplished this and get rid of our bloated, overpaid, tone deaf communications.
