The lack of transparency hides failures. Failures that could have led to the removal of Gilles from the board and his eventual replacement.
OATS, you may be aware of more failures and the excuses given, keep the track record of failures and the destruction of shareholder value at AEZS in mind when you vote, and look a the opportunity cost and misses from Gilles failure to move PGX forward
