RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Osmose Ltd....Exactly , Yes an even better point,  nobody is that concerned about how it plays out , it ultimately always comes down to what each shareholder would make per share,( or we wouldn't be here)  I will agree with you that it would make for an easier sale ( less cost) and what we would all hope for a higher per share buyout as result of a less costlier acquisition price for the buyer.
