Fact is, most of the info on TLG's FS and likely financing plans has either been outright revealed or at least strongly hinted at by the CEO himself. Mr. Reid has been hitting the speaker / interview circuit hard to get his message out and. in the process, telegraphing a good amount of info as to what to expect re. the FS. Speculators may very well be taking advantage of all this news pre-FS release and riding the momentum as the CEO himself said it's coming very soon, then sell after right after the FS PR to lock in their profits. Result? Share price goes down. Remember, TLG was trading in the low 40's as recently as 10 days ago. Wonder why the share price went up by around 25% in less than two weeks on no news other than Reid spilling the beans on what to expect and that the release of the FS is imminent....?
Actually, the above would be more akin to "buy on pre-FS information provided by the CEO himself, sell on news".
Let's see what happens to the share price after the FS is released.
Wow,, confirmed you should be set to ignore. Your out to lunch.
